TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026

Marina Bay Sands · Singapore, SG

The world's largest crypto and Web3 conference returns to Singapore for its flagship annual edition — and the entire city becomes a Web3 playground for a week.

What Is TOKEN2049?

TOKEN2049 is the anchor event of Singapore's annual crypto super-week, drawing over 25,000 attendees from 160+ countries. The two-day main conference at Marina Bay Sands features 300+ speakers from the biggest projects, exchanges, and funds in the industry. But the real magic is the ecosystem around it — more than 500 side events, afterparties, hackathons, and networking sessions across the city throughout the week.

The 2026 edition coincides with the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend (adjacent weeks), creating what insiders call "Whale Hell Week" — the densest concentration of crypto capital and dealmaking in Asia's calendar.

What to Expect

  • Main stage keynotes — CEOs and founders from top exchanges, L1/L2 protocols, and DeFi projects
  • NEXUS Startup Competition — the premier Web3 pitch stage, with equity-free prizes and investor access
  • ORIGINS Hackathon — 36-hour buildathon for developers
  • AFTER 2049 — the signature afterparty at Marina Bay Sands SkyPark
  • 500+ side events — everything from institutional roundtables to beach parties, scattered across Singapore

VXCES Notes

TOKEN2049 Singapore is the one event where the entire global crypto industry converges on Asia. If you're in Web3 and based in APAC, this is non-negotiable. Book accommodation early — hotels in the Marina Bay and CBD area sell out months in advance. The side events are often more valuable than the main conference; curate your calendar carefully. VXCES will be publishing a curated side event guide closer to the date.

Getting There

Marina Bay Sands is centrally located in Singapore's downtown core, accessible via the Bayfront MRT station (Circle and Downtown Lines). From Changi Airport, the MRT journey takes approximately 40 minutes, or 20 minutes by taxi/Grab.
