What Is Hobby Horizon?
Hobby Horizon (HoHo) has grown from a grassroots ACG (Animation, Comics, Games) gathering into Southeast Asia's most ambitious pop-culture convention. Organised by AMA Corp in Ho Chi Minh City, it brings together tens of thousands of attendees across three days of cosplay competitions, TCG tournaments, artist alley booths, live music performances, gaming arenas, and creator meetups.
The 2025 edition at SKY EXPO drew massive crowds with international cosplay guests from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States, alongside VTuber appearances and exclusive merchandise collaborations. The 2026 "Singularity" edition is expected to be the largest yet.

This is the event that kicked off the VXCES ticketing platform — and it remains the best way to experience Vietnam's explosive hobby and creator scene. If you're travelling from Singapore, Bangkok, or Manila, Ho Chi Minh City is a short, cheap flight away and the event is well worth the trip. Arrive a day early to explore the city's food scene; stay a day after to recover.
Getting There
SKY EXPO is located in the Thủ Đức area of Ho Chi Minh City. From Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport, the venue is approximately 30–40 minutes by Grab car depending on traffic. Budget accommodation is plentiful in Districts 1 and 3, with Grab rides to the venue costing under $5 USD.
